To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The lower price must be for the exact same travel arrangement, including:
    • Same airline, flight number, date, and time.
    • Identical hotel, room type, and dates.
    • Matching terms and conditions (e.g., cancellation policy, inclusions).
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of your request.
  • The request must be submitted before confirming your booking or within 24 hours of making your reservation with us.

2. How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower price, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: Share the details of the lower price, including screenshots, booking links, or any other relevant documentation.
  3. Verification: Our team will verify the information and confirm if it meets the eligibility criteria.

What’s Not Covered

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to:

  • Prices offered by third-party resellers, auction websites, or membership-exclusive deals.
  • Flash sales, promo codes, or unpublished rates.
  • Group rates, corporate rates, or wholesale prices.
  • Prices impacted by errors or technical glitches.
  • Changes made after your booking has been finalized.
